Treat members respectfully. Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, pressure, non-consensual sharing of private content, and attempts to bypass another member’s boundaries are prohibited.
3. No commercial sexual activity
The Service is for dating and relationships. The Service, its original content, visual identity, and the Sugar Governor name and logo are owned by or licensed to Sugar Governor and protected by applicable law. Sugar Governor™ is a claimed trademark.
6. User submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate and improve the Service.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee matches, relationships, financial outcomes, identity, background, or member conduct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugar Governor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, rights, or legal compliance.
